Maintenance - first year

First-year maintenance for your company (from AED 22 020)

• Trade License: AED 15 020

• Establishment Card: AED 2 000

• Company license renewal assistance -> assistance with renewing your company’s license with the Authorities

• Relationship with third parties -> management of relationships with third parties (Registry, Immigration Service, landlord, etc.)

• Annual general meeting (AGM) -> preparation of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting (legal requirement)

• Company Records -> archiving your company’s documents for 5 years (legal requirement)

• UNLIMITED after-sale support concerning your company in the UAE -> unlimited customer support to answer all your questions

• Coordination with Accountant & Auditor -> coordination with your company’s accountant and auditor

• Subscription to Merritt Update -> legal, tax and employment-law monitoring in the Emirates, sent by email

• UNLIMITED access to Merritt.guide -> useful information for your company and your residence in the Emirates

• Maintenance of UBO Register -> maintenance of the Ultimate Beneficial Owners Register (legal requirement)

Renewal

Renewal fees start at AED 17,900 per year from the second year onward.

Note

• Visa fees are not included in the rates above.

• It is required to rent at least one shared office. The cheapest shared office currently costs AED 15 750 per year (a refundable deposit of 10%, i.e. AED 1 500, must be added) and allows you to obtain up to 3 visas for partners/employees). It is also possible to rent a private office starting from AED 50 000 per year (allow 8 m2 per visa; for example, a 100 m2 office therefore allows you to obtain 12 visas for partners and/or employees).
