FAQ Regarding our services and your appointment in the USA

Over time, we have developed and enhanced our package by adding all the services our clients usually request. This also helps reduce the overall price of each individual element. For our clients, it also means having a single all-inclusive invoice, with no unpleasant surprises during the year. In 2004, we were the first to offer such a package to our clients based in Hong Kong. We subsequently offered it to our clients in the United Arab Emirates and the USA.

Our team has the following expertise:

  • French-speaking international tax lawyers;
  • French- and English-speaking corporate services officers;
  • French- and English-speaking accountants.

Should your needs exceed our expertise, we can call on colleagues within our Group and/or members of our network.

As indicated above, this is the choice our firm made in 2004. Rather than offering an à la carte service with “almost mandatory” options, we chose to consider what our clients usually ask us for and therefore offer them a single annual invoice including all these services. In addition, we add new services to our package every year when necessary, without increasing its price, thanks to the economies of scale achieved by acquiring new clients and increasing our productivity.

You can pay our invoices:

  • By bank transfer to our account in the USA;
  • In cash at our offices in Orlando, Dubai, and Hong Kong;
  • Via Western Union;
  • Via PayPal (for renewal fees only).

Given the number of hotels available in Orlando, the range of accommodations is enormous! There are also rental properties. We have not negotiated preferential rates because the selection is so extensive that our clients usually prefer to choose for themselves based on their needs and budget. The hotel closest to our offices is the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. However, since our offices are located between the Disney parks and the airports, we are no more than 25 minutes from 90% of Orlando’s hotels. For short-term rentals of villas with pools, we can put you in touch with trusted real estate agents. For any booking, please contact us.

We are the “Registered Agent of your company,” meaning that we are your agent with the Registries. This mandate is mandatory by law. Please note that our role is solely administrative and that we are not authorized to act on your bank account or manage your company's operations.

Certain nationalities are exempt from visa requirements (Visa Waiver Program); see the updated list. You must then apply for an ESTA. WARNING: You must apply for the ESTA several days BEFORE your arrival in the USA, and it is mandatory. If you are not eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, you must apply for a B1 visa (tourism) and/or B2 visa (business). WARNING: If you have visited certain countries before traveling to the USA (see the Visa Waiver Program FAQ), an ESTA is not sufficient; you must then apply for a B1 visa (tourism) and/or B2 visa (business).
