Whether for a Free-zone company or a Mainland company, it is possible to rent a shared office or a private office.
Two solutions to meet your needs
Shared offices
For a Free-zone company, a shared office must be geographically located within the Free-zone. It is not permitted to be located outside the Free-zone.
For a Mainland company, it may be located anywhere in the Emirate where the company is registered.
The terms of use for the shared office depend on the signed contract (number of hours per week).
It is not possible to obtain a "utility bill" with a shared office.
Private offices
For a Free-zone company, a private office must be geographically located within the Free-zone. It is not permitted to be located outside the Free-zone.
For a Mainland company, it may be located anywhere in the Emirate where the company is registered.
A private office requires electricity, telephone/internet, and air-conditioning subscriptions. This therefore provides a "utility bill", which may be requested in certain cases (by a bank, for a tax domicile certificate, etc.).
