Maintenance - first year

First-year maintenance of your company (starting from AED 17 520)

• Company Records -> archiving your company documents for 5 years (legal requirement)

Renewal

Renewal fees start at AED 17,900 per year from the second year onward.

Note

• Visa fees are not included in the rates above.

• It is required to rent at least one shared office. The cheapest shared office currently costs AED 15 750 per year (a refundable deposit of 10%, i.e. AED 1 500, must be added) and allows you to obtain up to 3 visas for partners/employees). It is also possible to rent a private office starting from AED 50 000 per year (allow 8 m2 per visa; for example, a 100 m2 office therefore allows you to obtain 12 visas for partners and/or employees).
