• Coordination with Accountant & Auditor -> coordination with your company’s accountant and auditor
• Subscription to Merritt Update -> legal, tax and employment-law monitoring on the United Arab Emirates, sent by email
• UNLIMITED access to Merritt.guide -> useful information for your company and residence in the United Arab Emirates
• Maintenance of UBO Register -> monitoring of the Register of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (legal requirement)
• Correspondence address in Dubai (including UNLIMITED scan and forward of your mails and courier) -> scanning, forwarding and archiving your mail upon arrival, according to your instructions
