Solution UAE-USA

Our UAE-USA solution

The issues

We have developed a solution specifically for dropshipping professionals to address 3 issues:
– Personal tax residency in the Emirates (no income tax or social security contributions)
– Selling goods without taxation on profits
– Ensuring tax compliance (VAT, etc.)

The solution

The solution is therefore to obtain a freelance permit in the Emirates, which makes it possible to obtain a residence visa for the Emirates. It will then be possible to open a bank account in Dubai. At the same time, a company is established in the USA with a business bank account.

There is no income tax in the Emirates, and the US company is tax-transparent: the partner is taxed in their country of residence, not the company (so there is a TOTAL zero tax burden because there is no tax in the Emirates either).

Pros & cons

We are the first and only agency to offer this UAE-USA solution. We handle it entirely in-house from A to Z because we are present in Dubai and Florida.

The benefits of this solution

The advantages of this solution:
– Comprehensive tax optimization (company income and personal income)
– Residence in the Emirates
– Good image of the USA
– Total cost of the solution

The drawbacks of this solution

Drawbacks of this solution:
- Not suitable for a business with multiple partners
- Not suitable for complex structures (holding companies)
- No business bank account (in a company’s name) in the Emirates
