There are several ways to obtain the Dubai Golden Visa in the UAE.
Source: UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2018
The Golden Visa is a long-term residence visa launched by the UAE government in 2019.
As a reminder, investor or employee visas are valid for 2 years and can be renewed (previously, the validity period was 3 years in some cases).
Originally, the Golden Visa was granted to very specific categories of residents. They were considered to have made an exceptional contribution to the country. Today, the authorities have relaxed the criteria, and eligibility has been considerably broadened. The Dubai Golden Visa can also be obtained by purchasing real estate in Dubai.
