1998: The first company of the group was established in Hong Kong.
2004: The French speaking service was set up with a dedicated team.
2009: The Dubai offices were opened in the United Arab Emirates.
2012: All French and Spanish speaking services are grouped together in Dubai to minimize the time zone difference from Europe.
2017: The US offices were opened in Orlando, Florida.
2019: A foundation is set up to structure all the entities of the group. Merritt Group becomes the main name of all our companies in the UAE, Hong Kong, and the USA.
